Astrantia Moulin Rouge

One of the darkest Astrantia, with very dark red flowers surrounded by nearly black bracts. Maple like green foliage is slug and rabbit resistant. Attractive to bees and butterflies. Good for cutting. Prefers moist soil in partial shade, although will tolerate drier conditions. Height 45cm (18”). Spread 30cm (12”). Hardy perennial.
