Coreopsis Collection

Each plant will produce a barrage of dazzling red orange daisy blooms (1-2” across) to smother the ferny green foliage all through the summer. Extremely drought tolerant so great for containers and borders. Attractive to bees and butterflies and excellent as cut flowers as they last well in a vase. Prefers well-drained soil in sun. Spread 50-70cm (20-28”). Hardy perennial.

Extremely drought tolerant. Attractive to bees and butterflies. Dead-head to prolong flowering. Great for containers and borders. Propagate by division in early spring. Hardy perennial down to minus 5, or la little lower providing the soil is very well drained. Tinkerbell Red and Solar Dance is fully hardy.

How hardy are our plants?

All our plants have a guideline temperature for how well they will tolerate winter cold.

Fully hardy perennials will withstand temperatures down to -15 °C (5°F) and often lower.
Hardy perennials are happy down to at least -5°C (23°F)
Half hardy perennials can withstand down to around 0°C (32°F)
And Tender perennials may be damaged by temperatures below 5°C (41°F)

Please remember that temperatures can vary significantly within quite a small area, and hardiness can be affected by soil, position and other factors.
