Geranium are commonly known as Cranesbill, though this one is more likely to be from the crow family than the crane. Aptly named because of the very dark blue purple, almost black blooms, reminiscent of the birds’ feathers, that smother the foliage from May to July. Prefers sun or part shade in well drained soil. Height & spread 45cm (18”). Hardy perennial.
