Pulmonaria Victorian Brooch

Intriguing, silvery marked, evergreen foliage to brighten up your shady spots.
Pretty flower buds are produced in tight whorls, uncurling as they open in spring and early summer. Good for cutting. Deer and rabbit resistant. Prefer moist soil in full or dappled shade, great between shrubs. Height & spread 30-45cm (12-18"). Fully hardy perennials.

Additional Information

Prefers moist conditions but does not like waterlogged soil. Remove old foliage and flowers after flowering and divide plants every 3-5 years. Propagate by division either after flowering or in autumn, or take rootwood cuttings in midwinter. Hardy perennial. Bare roots take up to 6-8 weeks to appear after planting.

All our plants have a guideline temperature for how well they will tolerate winter cold.

Fully hardy perennials will withstand temperatures down to -15 °C (5°F) and often lower.
Hardy perennials are happy down to at least -5°C (23°F)
Half hardy perennials can withstand down to around 0°C (32°F)
And Tender perennials may be damaged by temperatures below 5°C (41°F)

Please remember that temperatures can vary significantly within quite a small area, and hardiness can be affected by soil, position and other factors.
