This collection comprises 100 bulbs;
25 bulbs nivilis - the common single snowdrop. Height 12.5cm (5").
25 bulbs elwesii - giant honey scented flowers. Height 17.5cm (7").
25 bulbs ikariae - a dainty snowdrop with reflexed foliage. Heigth 15cm (6")
25 bulbs nivilis flore pleno - Fragrant double flowers. Height 15cm (6").


Snowdrops are loved by everyone. Great delight is caused when in the depths of winter snowdrops appear.
Perfect planted under shrubs where they will quickly grow to form dense clumps, alternatively they are happy left to naturalise in a lawn. Hardy. 


Buying bulbs ‘in the green’
In the green means that the plants are delivered in spring, whilst they are growing.
For some plants it is a much more reliable way of achieving success than planting dry bulbs in the autumn.

Bulbs ‘in the green’ should be planted soon after arrival. If this is not possible maybe because of frozen ground they should be planted into pots.
The bulb should be planted submerged below ground level, with the green foliage exposed above soil level.
