Did you know?…  The popularity of Dahlias was so great during the 1800’s that a prize was once offered to the person who could cultivate a blue dahlia.  The prize was never claimed!  However, new varieties are coming on all the time in fantastic colours and patterns they will ‘Rock your Borders’ from mid summer to first frosts!  Height 90-120cm (36-48”).  Spread 45-60cm (18-24”).  Prefers well-drained soil in sun or part shade.  Tuberous perennial.  Delivery March/April and November 2008.
