Classic cottage garden beauty named after the breeders wife back in 1860’s. Double, white fringed, richly fragrant flowers from June to October over evergreen blue green foliage. The petals can apparently be eaten in salads, though we have not tried it personally. Last well in a vase, long flowering, resistant to slugs and attractive to bees and butterflies. Prefers well drained soil in sun. Height & spread 30cm (12”). Hardy perennial.
