It won’t call out to you likes it’s distant relative in the bible but the lemon scented aromatic vapour can be ignited without any damage to the plant. Spires of mauve lily like flowers with darker veins are produced in early summer after which curious star shaped seed pods are formed which are great for flower arrangements.
