Large iridescent flower heads up to 12” across take on rich purple and pink hues during the summer on strong deep purple almost black stems, so doesn’t need staking. Such a charming brute! A real butterfly magnet! Height 150cm (60”). Spread 90cm (36”). Prefers moist well-drained soil in sun or part shade. Hardy perennial. Delivery March/April and November 2008.
