(Pearl Bush) An amazing sight to see, as for around six weeks from May the arching branches are heavily laiden with open white flowers. So much so that the green foliage can hardly be seen.
A decidious shrub that can be trained up a wall, with leaves that turn delicious shades of orange before falling in the autumn. Prefers moist well-drained soil in sun or part shade. Fully hardy perennial.

Propagate by softwood cuttings in summer or by seed in autumn. Improve vigour and flowering by thinning out old shoots after flowering.
