Francoa sonchifolia

Handsome rosettes of shiny semi-evergreen foliage cradle many spires from July to September.  Long graceful stems make them good for cutting and they last well in a vase.  Each spire holds a plethora of small pink flowers with red spotted base.  During the summer the heads get even larger, really showing off her full beauty.  Prefers well drained soil in sun or part shade.  Height 80cm (32”).  Spread 30cm (12”).  Hardy perennial.
