Gazania Sunbather Totonaca

We first saw the Gazania Sunbather plants in August 2008 and were instantly drawn to the huge flowers and velvety appearance of the petals. We requested trial material from the breeder and grew them here at Hayloft during 2009. We were truly astounded by their performance. The huge flowers dont close in low light like other Gazania varieties and they smother the foliage from April/May right through to the end of November, and there are always a mass of buds hiding below, waiting to burst into action.
