Legend tells that Helenium sprang from the ground, watered by the tears of Helen of Troy. Bold shuttlecock flowers in scorching hues are ideal for cutting, easy to grow and very long flowering. The prominent central discs are attractive to bees and butterflies. Prefers moist but well drained soil in sun. Height 90cm (36”). Spread 60cm (24”). Hardy perennial.
