Enormous double highly scented blooms (up to 4 ½”) appear over lush clumps of strap shaped foliage all summer long. Surprisingly, the flowers are edible too, chopped into salads, used as a garnish or even deep fried. Deer and drought tolerant, great for windy or coastal gardens.
