Hippeastrum Sonatini Balentino

Hard to believe we know, but yes, this really is a hardy Hippeastrum for the garden.  Every bulb will produce two stems, each crowned by 3-4 elegant trumpet shaped blooms around 4-5” in diameter.  Watch this space for new colours next season.  Prefers sun in well drained soil. Height 40cm (16”).  Spread 20cm (8").  Bulbous perennial, bulbs are of 14-16cm circumference.
