Exotic looking fragrant flowers are produced during the summer with intriguing markings that have inspired many botanical artists over the years. The grey green sword shaped evergreen foliage prefers to be kept on the dry side once the root system is established. In fact, very little water is required to produce the flowers from May to July and again in the autumn with careful cultivation. Can be divided in the autumn once established. Prefers well-drained soil in sun or part shade. Height 60-90cm (24-36”) spread indefinite over several years. Hardy perennial. Delivery April onwards. One each of; Black Knight (dark purple black) Wabash (white, purple) Edith Wolford (yellow, purple) Sultans Palace (orange) Ola Kala (yellow).
