Lysimachia atropurpurea Beaujolais

Very adaptable, endlessly flowering from May to September on tall slender stalks with unusual burgundy flowers that open up the stem. The foliage provides added interest as its scrunched silvery foliage rosettes to surround the flowers. Attractive to butterflies and is good as a cut flower. Prefers sun or part shade in moist, well-drained soil in the border or in a pot. Height 60cm (24”). Spread 50cm (20”). Fully hardy perennial.
