The late Edward Wilson has received many awards and accolades for his breeding of Penstemon here in Pensham.
As with all Pensham Penstemon they are so easy to grow, flower from May to November, are loved by bees yet resistant to garden pests. Happy on most soils in sun ot part shade and suitable for containers and borders. Height 80cm (32"). Spread 60cm (24"). Hardy perennial.

Additional Information
Overwatering young plants can be detrimental. Let the compost dry out before re-watering and give plenty of ventilation. Once established, dead-head regularly to encourage further flowering. Slug and rabbit resistant. Cut back in late spring, not autumn, to 25cm to encourage basal growth. Propagate by taking cuttings from non flowering shoots in summer. Hardy perennial.
