Discovered by the British plant physiologist Richard Horsman-Solly in the wild of Australia in the 1830s, this is a gem of a plant. Not only does it have amazing blue-bell flowers from June to September - in autumn, it produces berries that are apparently edible! The foliage is evergreen and grows to a height of around 1.8m - 3.0m (6-10 feet) with a spread of 30.4cm (12") - the perfect plant for containers. It's no wonder that this plant has received the RHS Award of Garden Merit. Supplied as mature plants in 9cm pots. Half hardy perennial.
