Much loved by the Victorians, Sweet Violets have come to be linked with love, and were even used in the lovers potion that Puck created in Shakespeare’s ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’. Frilly double flowers are held high above the foliage, filling your garden with their strong scent. Prefers well drained soil in sun or part shade. Height & spread 15cm (6”). Hardy perennial.
